Oh how I love my boys Logan and Tate! They are polar opposites, but fit together perfectly. Their dynamics always keep me coming back for more, even though I felt their love story became rather stagnant in the previous book, Tease. Now five books into the series, and things are back on track. I’m really happy with the way their relationship is progressing.

Tate’s interactions with his family have been all kinds of messed up throughout the course of the series. It is necessary and satisfying to confront the many cracks that have formed as a result of Tate’s evolution from a straight married man to a committed gay man.

Logan and Tate’s love for each other is more evident than ever. Their chemistry is still phenomenal, yet there’s a great deal of unease in addition to tenderness as they contemplate their future. I love how Tate and Logan share vulnerability and dominance. Even at his weakest, Logan maintains a confident swagger and snappy comebacks that are difficult to resist. Tate’s huge heart and openness makes him wildly attractive.

The story is filled with smiles, swoons, heat, and heart. There are some parts of the book that were slow going for me. However, as a whole it suits the very real nature of the couple’s complex love story quite nicely.

I’m excited to see how Tate and Logan’s story plays out. I am also dying to know what’s going on between Robbie, my favorite formerly flamboyant bartender, and Priest, Logan’s cold and enigmatic new law partner. I hope we get even more of them in the next book.

I'm not sure why but I ended up speeding up the audio for this one because I had a hard time staying with them. Which is strange because there are some amazing parts in it and what probably is one of my favourite scenes of the series. I will definitely be rereading this along with the rest of the series at one point and see if my opinion on it changes.

DO I LIKE TO TORTURE MYSELF? PROBS!

Tate is the fifth installment of this meh series called Temptation. I don't feel or see the temptation to read this anymore but since there's one more book left - I'll just suffer through it. There's always wine, right?

Okay, I have one question and one question only: HOW OLD IS TATE? I feel like I keep missing this part and sometimes I like to pretend I care about how old he is.. but other times I just want this book/series over with.

Then there's the fact that NOTHING goes on in this book/series either. It's just their relationship. They have sex, and sex... and oh wait! They have more sex. It's getting extremely predictable and boring that I could probably read these books with my eyes shut and still know what's going to happen.

Oh lordy, I'm almost done. Is there even a point to wish for the next and last book of this series to be amazing and make me not regret diving into this?

Amazing Series!

I just love love love this series. Tate brings us back to visit my favorite couple and Logan and Tate’s lives four years into their relationship. Frank did not disappoint with the amount of steam in this book but as always it’s the love and connection between the main characters, and some of their friends and family, that makes reading her books an immersive experience. Set aside time for this because you won’t want to put it down!

This book revolves around the word: NO!

Yup....

I just LOVE Logan in this book. How vulnerable he is, how sweet and how loving. How he's devoted to Tate and the complete 180 he did.

Meeting him in book 1, you would have never though that he might change that much, transform from the ultimate play boy to the ultimate romantic.

It's also lovely to see Robbie and Priest and the tension there!

Also the steam!!!

Onto book 6!

PS... was this book necessary? No! Still don't care. Love Logan and Tate.

My heart was completely shattered once I got to the middle of this book. I was getting so worried. My heart couldn’t take it. Thank god my would was healed by the end. Logan and Tate make you believe that magic is real. If there was ever a love story I wish were real, this is it. I’m so excited and devastated for the final book.

WTF?? what do you mean "No" ?? that was just a slap in the face. I've read many books with huge curve balls coming my way, but this one was bullseye hit in the face. It was completely wrong at the time, and the the author just made is perfectly right. Its the perfect example how those characters are absolutely amazing.

I don't know how I'm going to make it to January to read the next chapter in Tate and Logan's story! I devoured this book in one go, laughing and crying with these men that have stolen my heart. Oh how I adore these two <3
My heart just about stopped at one point and I had to force myself to keep going through the shock, confusion and heartbreak. I cannot wait to see what unfolds in #6!!
Oh and bring on a series of Robbie and Priest!!
