Natives are often overlooked in the sphere of literature or when we are mentioned, it's limited to Braiding Sweetgrass or they only list books written by Sherman Alexie. This list tries to broaden your horizons when it comes to Native literature during Native American Heritage Month. Because these books are often hard to find or not easily attainable at your local library, I have expanded the timeframe to complete the challenge to next year's Native American Heritage Month.
