Prudence is the best friend of Hope from book1 and we met Larth when he helped Hope out when she first arrived on Caradonia.

Poor Prue, she had we wedding delayed so many times and then the dipstick abandons her on their wedding day!  I'd gladly have unalived him for her!  She had no reason to feel ashamed or embarrassed. She did nothing wrong but believe in that waste of space. But fresh planet, fresh start. And she gets to see her bestie! 

I really felt for Larth, he lost his wife in a heinous way and he's not really allowed himself time to grieve her properly by throwing his all into the bakery.  When he starts to feel attracted to Prue, he struggles with realising that he's ready to let go of the grief.  Pru wasn't innocent in the drama either, she struggled with believing that Larth wouldn't do to her what William had done. 

But can I say - Don Juan, what an android!  He takes protective to the next level, lol.  Donna, was such a feisty addition too.
