My summary: Trevor Faulkner is the son of the President of a multinational corporation and the CEO of their most successful branch. He’s also the mastermind of a private sex group and app, the only place he allows himself to interact with Danielle, his teenage crush and successful businesswoman in her own right.
My thoughts: Short and spicy novella. I had already listened to most of After Hours as an audiobook, the first book in the series after this prequel novella. I wanted to start off with the start of the story. This novella is, well, fine. Nothing earth shattering. I understand it’s a novella so there aren’t many details. But it was frustrating to constantly hear that Trevor and Danielle can’t be together in a real relationship without any explanation for why that is the case. Overall pretty meh for me.
