These books are the first graphic novels I've read since I was the same age as the characters in this series and I forgot how much I loved them until now! This book was everything I thought it was going to be from all of the great reviews and recommendations. It was so cute and nostalgic reading about the adorable teenage crush between Charlie and Nick and all of the emotions (and hormones) that come along with it! Also, I absolutely love the LGBTQ+ representation and the fact that even though they are YA they easily resonate throughout age groups. And without getting too soppy, as an auntie of various age grouped nieces and nephews with some of whom are bookworms, I am so glad that literature like this is readily available so that if any of them discover they are part of the rainbow one day then they are able to have some adorably wholesome representation
