A.E. Cosby did it again!
The Chaos Wielder series is utterly brilliant in its worldbuilding, overall plot, and character development, served with a side of steamy goodness. Multiple pov (5+, if I counted correctly) can get confusing, but not in this series. The flow between the chapters is good, and every character pov feels different and matches the personality of the character we're following in that chapter.
And the feelings! The emotions! I cried, laughed, screamed, and gasped.
Styx, Xavia, Jacinto, Aurelio, Tristan, and Quade go through it. They're all flawed. They're traumatised, and they're still trying and fighting for the world and each other. They still call each other out and hold each other accountable. I love all these characters.

On the spice side of things, it's definitely muy caliente* 🌶🌶🌶🌶 but also very sweet and emotional - more so than in the first book. A development that I liked because it showed the growth of Xavia and Styx as they become more comfortable with their emotions and their partners.

I appreciated that the author has listed the trigger warnings at the beginning of the book and has additional reminders at the beginning of chapters with on page depictions of past SA and mass m*rder.

This book has me feeling hype! Again, I can't recommend this series enough.

I received an ARC from the author. My opinions are my own.
