This book was a look into the darker edges of the world around us, a world we might be unfamiliar and uncomfortable with. It’s chock full of intrigue, suspense, and a main character that’s relatable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was never really able to figure out the age of the characters which sometimes left me confused, and also the ending didn’t satisfy me even a little bit. I was really left wanting more.
