This was the first July pick for the Modern Mrs. Darcy Book Club.

No Two Persons is about one novel and how it changes the lives of ten people. First, we get to meet the author, Alice, and see how her novel was born. Then, we meet nine individual readers in various places, various years, and of various ages and backgrounds. We get to see how one novel affects so many people in so many different ways.

This is a beautiful book about the power of stories and how they can impact our lives. It is such an ode to storytelling and a great reminder of why I read and why I love books. Each reader that you meet is fully fleshed out and very unique and I felt like I got to know so much about each of them even if they only appeared in one chapter. I also really enjoyed the way the author tied things together in the end.
