Xingyin has lived her whole life hidden away with her mother who has been imprisoned on the moon. One day, circumstances leave her running for her and her mothers Safety leaving her lost in a world she’s never seen. Xingyin has to learn to make her own way while striving to free her mother.

Why did I sit with this book for so long?! The cover alone should have told me enough. 
This story was beautiful, the world building was such that I wasn’t left lost it incorporated completely into the story with characters I loved and some I loved to hate. I can’t wait to get my hands on the second of this duology.
