In this contemporary romance, we meet Alex Claremont-Diaz, the first son of the United States, and Prince Henry of the British royal family. When these two young men who dislike each other are forced into a faux friendship to create good publicity, things take a sharp turn toward romance. But with Alex’s mother currently running for reelection and Henry’s family struggling to break out of its old-fashioned ways, is this relationship just doomed from the start?

Well, my expectation that I would love this book was pretty high, and I’m sorry to say it didn’t quite meet it. First of all, I think the book is unnecessarily long. I also thought the perspective it was written from was an odd choice. I think I would've enjoyed it a lot more if it had been written from dual perspectives so that feels like a missed opportunity. All that said, it was still a fun, sexy read and Alex and Henry’s romance is charming and one you will definitely root for.
