So, when I first found the book, I was intrigued by the description and all the reviews that I read were very good. However, when I actually read I was sorely disappointed. The beginning was interesting and learning about Japanese mythology was also nice, but as the story progressed I started getting turned off by the romance. There was a lot of potential in this book, but I ended up disliking both the ‘heroine’ and the ‘hero’. Very disappointing.
