⚠️ TW: mentions of anorexia and mental health ⚠️ This novella is just too adorable and it will take you on an emotional rollercoaster that will really tug at your heart strings, oh and it might be a good idea to get the tissues at the ready if you read this one 🙈 It follows Nick and Charlie throughout Nick's last year of sixth form and as he prepares to leave for university and all the challenges that brings. Honestly this novella had me grinning from ear to ear like a lovestruck teenager and also crying like one too! It was such a rollercoaster of emotions for so many reasons. I think one being that me and my husband are high school sweethearts and went through the big changes that Nick and Charlie experience of one of us going off to university and going from seeing each other daily to then seeing each other for a weekend every other week etc and obviously those obstacles can be scary so reading this it really tugged at my heart strings ❤ As always Alice Oseman writes so perfectly and transports you into feeling like a love drunk teenager yourself and just generally knows how to make you feel warm and fluffy or any emotion she writes. Overall, I highly recommend reading this novella and I adored how it followed on the love story of Nick and Charlie so perfectly 🥰
