I absolutely loved this YA paranormal mysterie!
Gemma is such a relatable and well-rounded character. The author did really well in showing what a tight-knit community in a small town may look like, without it ever feeling cheesy. Gemma's struggle with accepting her paranormal gift was depicted in a way that made me feel for her and, at the same time, hoping that she would find a way to come to terms with it.
What I appreciated is that in this story, the way that the adults were in general supportive and understanding of the teens in this story, while also holding them accountable.
The mystery aspect was really good, and I definitely did not have any clue!
I really enjoyed it from beginning to end and look forward to reading the next book from the author and seeing what mysteries Gemma and her friends will solve next.
