The Green Viper by Rob Sinclair
4.0
Even with Ryker's history of espionage thrills and spills, he always strikes me as such a reluctant hero. He tries to avoid trouble but somehow it always finds him!
Ryker finds himself on a trip to the USA, hoping he can extricate the son of an old colleague and friend from whatever mess he has got himself into. Little does he know he's about to go up against a ruthless foe who is not hampered by a conscience. The Irish mob, money laundering, dirty banking, they all have a part to play in this cracking thriller!
Scott may have thought getting into the fold with his future father-in-law was a good idea but he's now up to his neck in problems. There's also an FBI agent with an eye on proceedings and James, may or may not, have to do some bridge building with his American law enforcement "cousins" by the time he's sorted out this mess!
Action packed, thought provoking and downright chilling in parts. Daddy dearest is not someone I would want to get on the wrong side of!
