Hour of the Wolf by Andrius B. Tapinas
3.0
This books incorporates old timey capital of Lithuania in a midst of conference of European and Russian leaders in a universe of steam-punk.
It reveals a lot of detailed city scenes, filled with historical characters for a reader. Some contemporary individuals pop up here too. Namely one of more famous vandals of Vilnius city - Solomon, but it is most likely that a real life and a book character share only a name.
The cityscape and stories (true or fictional), for me, were the strong side of this book. However if you like steam-punk, you might enjoy it more than me.
