The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
2.0
i do believe in the law of attraction. however, i feel like the 200 pages it took this book to explain it, could have been explained in 20 pages. it was very redundant. also, i don’t think there was enough emphasis on how you can’t just put an intention out into the universe and it’ll automatically come to you, you have to actually work towards your goals. it just makes us feel more driven to be able to visualize the goals and obviously being in a positive mindset is always important. i wish the author would have gone into more detail to explain the quantum physics behind it. in order to believe in something, i really need science to back it. if there was one sentence to genuinely sum up the entire premise of this book, it would be, “think positively, live positively.”
