I liked the writing and I liked the connection and banter/conversation between the main characters. However there were a lot of random times that something didn't hit right. Maybe I just didn't feel like there was character growth and I actually didn't really like Kristen. I think it was probably the miscommunication throughout the entire book. I feel like Tyler and Josh deserved better than her. At halfway I felt like it could have ended there and been a perfect story. I felt that the second half of the book's plot point didn't seem necessary for Josh and Kristen because that's where I started to feel my disconnect with Kristen even more. But I think it's the set up for Sloane's story.
