This book hits different, after going through a time of struggling myself. I read this when I was little and so admired Sara, but now I relate to her as well, and the book is much more meaningful to me because of that.
Very well-written and interesting. In my opinion, it earns every emotional beat. I love Sara’s determination to be a good and noble person, it always inspires me to try a little harder and complain a little less, no matter what I go through. I don’t think this book is for everyone, but it’s a very good book, and it’s very meaningful to me.
