this book was a tad patronizing as the other reviewers have mentioned - it's also very dated in 2022. i found it useful in accepting my introverted tendencies (although i am not a believer that anyone is solely introverted or extraverted, it's a spectrum) but otherwise there was a lot of noise and wasted pages repeating the same advice over and over
