Meh okay- Sam’s characters seemed over the top but I tried to tolerate it. Then their romance seemed too easy (no doubts after the first night?). Plus four years of build up. I thought about DNF-ing this book and probably should have but I hate leaving things unfinished, even if I’m not that invested.
