The highly anticipated second book was awesome. I love the revisit of the past characters and a full cast of new characters. This plot was very on par with the last book and I love the exploration of politics.
I did think the book was slow in some parts and hat the two main characters squabbles were the ‘miss communication troupe. I can see where it was necessary but to me it got irritating at points of the story. The political intrigue helped move the plot along, and the spice was wonderful. It was a great follow up book to the first. Anyone that has read the first book. I would definitely recommend that they read the second book. Also, I love the ending.

The spice of the book was good but the plot was slow, mostly predictable and parts were drawn out for no reason.
