I just finished this book and it had me rolling! Miss Julia is CRAZY!

Miss Julia is up to her usual shenanigans - misinterpretations and jumping to conclusions, but always with decorum and grace.

This has been one of my favorite Miss Julia's to date. I am thikning it was the change of location and characters that did it for me. I missed hazel Marie and Lillian having "big roles" in this one - but loved getting to know Etta Mae Wiggins better, and Frank Tuttle added a fun twist. It was also fun seeing the group go to Florida.

In the latest of the Miss Julia series, Julia's jewelry is stolen and she decides to go fetch it - even if it is in Florida! Typical of this series, Julia knows her mind and gets her way. I enjoy the characters, particularly Lillian, Miss Julia's longtime maid. This book had a couple key characters from other books on vacation, so a new character and one not usually features both play big roles. Lloyd is, as usual, an entertaining character. Start from the first book, Miss Julia Takes Over. These are quick reads with an entertaining and strong female lead.

These books crack me up - I just love Miss Julia and the stories are cute and non-repetitive! :)

This was such a great book to listen to! Amusing and warm and a wee bit suspenseful. I adore Miss Julia and her friends and family. She influences everyone she meets and evens turns some of them around for the better. I want to be like Miss Julia when I grow up!
