Listened to the audiobook on Spotify- still new to audiobooks so I like light romances so I don’t miss much or can tolerate small chunks only. This was very corny and childish sometimes which turned me off but I liked some of the romance moments too so it was just a cute, okay book.

Okay but I liked the second better. At least it wasn’t as torturous as I feared, with Evangeline’s memory gone and Jacks seeing her with Apollo. But I love the romance scenes and it was them fighting ti be together so I like the second better with those moments.

Not as good as Phedre’s point of view but I love this series so I’m hungry for every scrap. Missing the depth and width of Phedre’s point of view.

Not as good as Hazelwood’s other books- very reminiscent of Queen’s Gambit and not as witty or intellectual as her other books either. I still like the relationships and progression but didn’t like the book as much- maybe because it’s YA? But I like plenty other YA. Her family and friendship drama just seemed resolved too easily and her background didn’t seem fully developed. Even her relationship (which she was supposedly super commitment-phobic) resolved very quickly and easily (which I do love a happy ending so didn’t mind much). But he fell so fast over her for what- they didn’t even talk during that one game. Eh cute book but not very special.

I enjoyed this but it felt like it ended somewhat abruptly. Also there wasn’t as much interaction with ART/university crew/Preservision humans as I wanted- more of Murderbot inside her own head. Good but not my favorite.

Cute and creative but I wanted more. When I noticed I was 50% done, I was surprised- I thought that was just the beginning but the meat was over. I just liked it and wanted more. Loved the cats and dolphins. On a basic level plot-wise and humor-wise it reminds me of Assistant to the Villain which I read recently and loved so four stars! I do wish he stayed in control and turned it into a hero business though with sequels 😊

Cute, easy read, predictable but in good ways in a romance. Sometimes a little too corny/easy for me but a good light read when that’s what you’re looking for.

Cute, quick, easy, predictable but that’s okay. Several of this series with the nerdier billionaires reminds me of the Nerds series by Vicki Lewis Thompson.
Tragic Bonds by J. Bree
So now there’s new enemies- the unknown of the female “non-gifted” senator and the powerful man in the tent who killed Nox. And seeing how Gryphon’s bond and powers may shift. And still the third power of Oli. With one book left. Enjoyed the action in this book though.

Forced Bonds by J. Bree
I really feel like one or two bonded have to die but not Nox- that will not be allowed. This is obviously the beginning of his redemption arc and we will see Oli’s third gift in full effect I’m sure, whatever it is, it will be badass. I love how powerful everyone is and the big bed ha.
